The trip
What level do I need?
You should know the basics and enjoy playing matches. Before the trip we ask your level (Playtomic level or a short video) and build balanced groups, so everyone plays with people at their level.
Can I come alone?
Yes. Many players come solo and join a group at the normal price. Groups are small (max 8 players), and by the welcome dinner you're part of the team. Prefer a private week? Private Roamer is €890.
Can my partner come without playing?
Of course. The companion option (€290) includes the welcome dinner, transfers and experiences, without the padel.
Who are the coaches?
Spanish coaches from the club, plus our founder. All sessions are in English. Maximum 4 players per court, so you get real feedback.
How many hours will I play?
Roamer: 8 hours (4 sessions of 2 h). Intensive: up to 12 hours. Or choose your own hours per day in the request form.
Do I need my own racket?
Bring yours if you have one. If not, you can rent or buy one at the club.
What if it rains?
On the Marbella coast we move to covered courts in the Marbella area and take you there. In Madrid the club has its own covered courts.
Hotels & travel
Is the hotel included?
No. You book it directly, so you choose your room and budget. After you request your trip we send our shortlist of hotels near the club.
Which airport should I fly to?
Marbella Coast: Málaga (AGP). We pick you up and take you back; it's about 55 minutes to Estepona. Madrid: Madrid-Barajas (MAD), 20 minutes from the club.
I'm travelling from India. Do I need a visa?
Yes, a Schengen visa. Apply early (8–10 weeks before). We send a confirmation letter and the full itinerary to support your application.
Do I need insurance?
We strongly recommend travel insurance that covers sports.
Booking & payments
How do I book?
Send a request (no payment). We reply within 24 hours. To confirm your place, you pay a 30% deposit through a secure payment link. The rest is due 45 days before the trip.
What's the cancellation policy?
More than 60 days before the trip: full refund of your deposit, minus payment fees. Between 60 and 30 days: the deposit is kept. Less than 30 days: no refund, but you can give your place to a friend. If we cancel a trip, you get 100% back.
What if not enough players sign up?
We confirm each trip with at least 4 players. If a date doesn't fill, we offer you another date or a full refund.
Can you organise a trip for my club or company?
Yes: private trips for groups of 4 or more, on your dates and with your hours. Use the request form and choose “Club / company”.
Can I combine Madrid and the Marbella coast?
Yes. Madrid to Málaga is 2 h 40 min by fast train, and we can pick you up there. Tell us in the form and we'll build it.
Who we are
Padel Roamers is a padel travel project run by Iñigo San Román in Madrid, Spain. We sell padel coaching and experiences. Flights and accommodation are booked by travellers directly with the providers of their choice. Full booking terms are sent with your confirmation.
Privacy
We only use the details you send us to answer your request and organise your trip. We never sell them. To see or delete your data, message us on Instagram or reply to any of our emails.
